Treat every vendor detail as claimed, not verified, and check the vendor's page before buying. GEO Toolbox sells white-label reports itself, so its entry is flagged below as the source's own product. Euro and dollar prices are as listed and not converted.
What is White Label SEO?
White Label SEO means taking SEO data, whether rankings, audits, or traffic numbers, and presenting it entirely under an agency's own branding, with the software provider's name and logo removed completely from view. White Labeling SEO can extend beyond the report itself to the client-facing dashboard, login portal, and even the domain a client visits, so every touchpoint reinforces the agency's own brand consistently.
Vendors use the term for three different things:
- Level 1, cosmetic. Your logo and colors appear on a PDF or dashboard. The vendor's "powered by" line may or may not be removable.
- Level 2, branded delivery. Reports open on a domain you control (usually via a DNS CNAME record) and arrive from your own sender address.
- Level 3, private-label portal. Clients log in to a workspace that carries only your brand, often with sub-accounts.
What a White Label SEO Report Should Contain
- Organic sessions and conversions from Google Analytics.
- Clicks and impressions from Google Search Console.
- Ranking changes.
- What you did this month and what comes next.
- If you sell AI visibility, a short dedicated section on it (see below).

- AgencyAnalytics: the pricing page shows custom domain and email as included, but the white-label feature page says "select plans." Volume pricing only starts at 25 clients. The AI Tracker add-on is $25 per 250 credits a month on monthly billing.
- DashThis: tiers are $54 (3 dashboards), $164 (10), $324 (25) and from $499 (50) monthly; yearly is $44, $139, $279 and $429. White labeling, custom domain and custom email are marked as included on every plan.
- Swydo: clients, users and reports are unlimited, and custom domain, own-email sending and client portals sit in the one plan. Sources beyond the first 10 cost €4.50 each (11th to 100th). A client with Google Ads and Facebook Ads uses 2 sources.
- Whatagraph: its plan matrix shows the custom report domain as "No" on Max and an add-on on Prime, while the Prime card lists it as included. A separate page calls white labeling a paid add-on on any plan. The source found no monthly price.
- SE Ranking: white labeling isn't in base plans. The Agency Pack page lists 10 client seats while the pricing page lists 30, and pages cite 4 or 5 AI engines depending on which you read.
- Semrush: branding comes from the Pro report add-on (listed at €19.18 a month on the pricing page, $20 on the help page). The help page says reports are bought individually, at $20 per Pro report and $10 per Base report, and Base has no white labeling. At $20, 25 client reports add $500 a month on top of a plan.
- Nightwatch: white label starts at Professional (2,500 keywords, 150 prompts). The agency page says the trial includes it. Which plan includes client portals isn't stated.
- BrightLocal: its FAQ says reports can't sit on your own domain; marketing copy mentions a custom domain.
- Databox (not profiled otherwise): white labeling is a separate add-on at $200 a month on the annual view and $250 monthly, limited to select plans.
The free Data Studio route has costs of its own. Scheduled email is capped at 200 recipients a day and 800 a month on individual accounts (500 and 3,000 on Google Workspace). Many non-Google sources need a paid connector: Supermetrics from €39 a month annual (€49 monthly), Coupler.io from 24(32 monthly), Windsor.ai from 19(23 monthly).
What it Costs
The entry price matters less than the metering. Per-client pricing grows in a straight line, per-dashboard pricing jumps at tier edges, and per-source pricing depends on how many accounts each client connects.
| Tool | Metered by | 10 clients | 25 clients | 50 clients |
| AgencyAnalytics | Client | 250/mo(200 annual) | $625 | $1,250 |
| DashThis | Dashboard (1 per client) | $164 (Professional) | $324 (Business) | $499 (Standard) |
| Swydo | Source (2 per client) | €114 | €249 | €474 |
| GEO Toolbox | Plan, brand cap | $499 (Growth, 15 brands) | $999 (Scale, 25 brands) | Enterprise, custom |
These are base subscriptions on monthly billing, derived from list prices, and the rows are not like-for-like: GEO Toolbox covers AI visibility only and draws on a monthly credit pool, while the others cover classic marketing data.
Real agencies usually connect more than 2 sources per client, which pushes Swydo's figures up. SE Ranking, Semrush, Nightwatch, Whatagraph and BrightLocal are left out because their white-label cost depends on plan size, report count, keywords, credits or locations that only you know.
To test whether a subscription pays off: weekly reporting hours saved × your hourly rate × 52, minus setup and upkeep time, compared against the yearly price.
AI search Visibility to Clients
Most white-label tools were built for Google-era data. On the vendor pages the source read, AgencyAnalytics (beta add-on), SE Ranking, Nightwatch and BrightLocal list some form of AI search tracking, and Semrush lists it on paid plans. DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph and Data Studio list none natively.
Tracking isn't the same as reporting it well. AI answers vary run to run, so a single screenshot of a chatbot recommending your client proves little.
A practitioner on r/DigitalMarketing called that "screenshot theater" and suggested reporting the share of priority prompts where the client is recommended, plus share of voice against a few named competitors.
A fixed prompt set, agreed with the client, so month-over-month change means something.
- Mention rate: the share of repeated runs that name the brand, by engine, counted separately from answers that cite the client's pages.
- Competitor share of voice: the client's mentions as a share of all mentions of the client plus a fixed list of rivals, across the same prompts.
- Cited pages: the URLs engines cite, which show what to fix next.
If your suite lacks the engines you need, pair a classic reporting suite (rankings, Search Console, Analytics) with an AI-visibility tool and white-label both, so the client gets one monthly note under your name.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a White Label SEO Report?
A report that carries your agency's brand instead of the software vendor's. Depending on the tool, that is a logo and colors on a PDF, or a custom domain, your own sender address and a private client portal.
How Much Does white Label SEO Reporting Software Cost?
On the vendor pages the source read, entry prices run from $25 per client per month (AgencyAnalytics, monthly billing) and €69 a month (Swydo) up to €699 a month (Whatagraph Max, annual). Data Studio is free but can't remove its watermark from embedded reports. Use the cost table above to see how each scales with client count.
Can White-label Reports Include AI Search Visibility?
In some tools. Check that the data reaches the client-facing report and not just the dashboard: Semrush's AI toolkit page, for example, lists one-click AI visibility reports as coming soon.
Is White Labeling Worth Paying Extra For?
It depends on whether your clients open the reports. The branding only helps if the report is short and focused enough to get read; it doesn't substitute for a human summary.
